I only use Loan Officers that have a proven track record and are honest and very good at what they do. Don't use a loan officer until you've talked to a few and see what you learn from each. One good thing about this market is that many of the bad acters are now gone. Realtors and loan officers live on referral business and when you do wrong by someone, you don't get any referrals. Each of the above are competent and trustworth and get the job done.
