A little about me...

I LOVE TO WATCH MY DAUGHTER BOX.  SHE TRIED IT ONCE AT MY GYM, AND SHE'S HOOKED.  SHE IS 4-0.  THIS IS ANNIE MUGGING BEFORE HER 4TH FIGHT IN OAKDALE ON FATHER'S DAY-2009.  SHE GOT THIRD PLACE IN THE NATIONAL GOLDEN GLOVES WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT IN JULY 2009, AND IS NOW RANKED WITH USA BOXING AS #7.

I started my Real Estate career in 1975 selling condominiums in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota while still a full-time student at  the UofM.

I have sold new construction in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and in the Twin Cities area, as well as many resale homes.   I have been involved in over 400 transactions.

This experience in the Minneapolis-St. Paul  greater metro market is yours when you hire me.  I am a "solo" agent which allows me to focus on my friends' referrals and spend more time with those clients that are  most valuable to me.  Referrals and friends...  If you know someone who is thinking of buying or selling a home. I specialize in residential homes in Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, Blaine, and many other Metropolitan communities.  Please give me a call!

ANNIE LETS GO A HOOK TO THE HEAD.

I pride myself on being a professional and I have a strong desire to help clients. I REALY enjoy negotiating with other agents to help get the best deal possible for you.  This is critical in any market, especially in today's Real Estate market.

BOXING, LIKE REAL ESTATE DEMANDS A GREAT COACH IN YOUR CORNER.

ANNIE'S COACH RACHEL SCHLEY BETWEEN ROUNDS.

I have been blessed to be married over 30 years to to my wife, Celi.   We have three children.  Jordan is 24 (new homeowner and married to Kelle) Peter is 22, attending the UofM, and Annie, our baby who is 18.

I have picked up a new sport, boxing.  I work out of the Upper Cut Gym in N.E. Minneapolis.  You may find me there working off  stress in the ring, or just hitting a heavy bag. My daughter, Annie, will probably be the next "real deal" in womens boxing sometime in the near future.  She learns much quicker than I do.  We work with two coaches.  Calvin Williams was featuried in the Startribune recently when he lost his sight.  We also work closely with Rachel Schley of the Upper Cut Gym who has really helped us this summer.

I am an ordained Deacon in the Orthodox Church.  I am attached to St. Mary's Cathedral at 1701 5th St. N.E., Mpls.  Come, worship with us sometime.  Liturgy is at 9 A.M. Sunday mornings.

My Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  But there's one thing that's very important to me...  I will treat you as I would like to be treated.  I will be straight with you, advise, and help make this experience one you will remember.  I will be as honest and forthright as I can be.  All we really possess is our "word," at the end of the day.

I am not after the "quick buck" so that I can get down the road to another "deal." I am not trying to make a big name for myself either, but  I try very hard to get  you what you want, whether it's to sell your house, or finding a home  and  at a price that makes you comfortable.  I don't take on more business than I can handle, so that you will always have a ready, available ally in the rough and tumble real estate world.  In today's market, that is a valuable asset.

That said, in my experience as a  real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients' needs  first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in Brooklyn Center, Fridley, Minneapolis or anywhere in the Greater Metro Area, please contact me.
